TOUR PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS IN SHORT
Tour operator - IBP"KARPATIA" s.c. - further called: Office
Confirmed booking and paid deposit means that Participant read, understood and accepted below conditions, which are integral part of booking application.
Booking application is valid when signed by applicant and deposit or whole charge settled.
By signing (or mailing) the booking application form participant agrees for storing his data and using them in marketing and tour organisation process.
The holiday or tour charge is settled by bank transfer to Office account.
The 40% of holiday cost deposit is due at making reservation. The balance is due in 30 days before leaving. When the booking is made less than 30 day before leaving the whole amount must be transferred.
Office has the right to cancel the booking when transfer is not made in time.
The holiday price may be changed up to 10%, in case the currency increases, not later than 14 days before departure.
The offer is the participant and Office agreement integral part and services included there cannot be changed during holiday or tour.
All services are available after checking in with the voucher issued by IBP "KARPATIA" s.c .
In "last minute" offers only accommodation standard can be guaranteed without marking the hotel name even till the departure (if not specified in other way).
Each participant is obliged to abide by foreign countries laws and have valid travel documents. All costs being the result of participant oversight will be charged on him.
The abroad holiday price includes tourist package insurance. Each participant can pay extra fee of additional insurance. Office is not responsible for injuries beyond the insurance guarantee.
Eventual possible complaints should be declared or stated immediately at appearing and not later than 7 days after arrival. Office's duty is to replay for written complaints in 30 days.
Office is responsible for services which have no accordance to the offer, instead of incorrect or uncompleted information at Office's Agents. Office is not responsible for participant's resigning of services during the stay.
Office can cancel the holiday or tour in 7 days before departure if the group is not completed or in any time for reasons beyond Office's control. In case of such a situation Office can offer another services or return the money.
Cancellation charges:
- 60,00 pln of administration costs - to 41 days before departure
- 20% between 40 and 31 days before
- 45% between 30 and 15 days before
- 70% between 14 and 8 days before
- 100% in 7 or less days before
- 100% when cancelling every "last minute" holiday
Participant can recommend another person instead for the tour or holiday and Office will charge of 5% price for the change. There is possibility of having additional holiday cancellation insurance.
